Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid-based operations seeks a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities in Germany. The role focuses on statistical programming and analysis of clinical trial data, with collaboration across Market Access and EU-HTA teams.

The ideal candidate has expertise in SAS with some R, SDTM/ADaM, and fluent German and English, and an interest in AMNOG/HEOR processes. This is a remote/hybrid role based in Spain.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Initial experience in HTA/AMNOG/HEOR or Market Access (industry, consultancy, or research institute preferred).
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with SDTM/ADaM datasets and German AMNOG process is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with a focus on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data including efficacy, safety, endpoints and subgroups.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons and support interpretation of outputs.
• Help automate and standardize analysis workflows for consistency and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU HTA teams.
