Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access in Germany, based in Spain with remote or hybrid work. The role suits biostatisticians or data scientists with strong clinical data programming experience.

You will develop AMNOG dossiers, perform meta-analyses, automate workflows, and collaborate with Market Access, HEOR and EU-HTA teams to ensure high-quality outputs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
• Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access is preferred.
• Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
• Familiarity with clinical study data and the CDISC SDTM/ADaM standards.
• Knowledge of the German AMNOG process or IQWiG procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop German AMNOG dossiers with focus on programming analyses for Module 4.
• Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, and patient-relevant endpoints.
• Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
• Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, EU-HTA).
• Ensure scientific quality and clarity of generated outputs.
• Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, HTA bodies.
