Job summary

IQVIA in Madrid, Spain is seeking a Programmer (SAS & R) with German to support health technology assessment and market access activities. The role suits biostatisticians or data scientists with interest in clinical evidence for reimbursement.

You will perform statistical programming, analyze trial data, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Fluent German and English are required for optimal collaboration. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Madrid.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or PhD in biostatistics, data science, or related field.
Experience in HTA, AMNOG, HEOR, or Market Access is advantageous.
Solid understanding of clinical study designs, endpoints, and statistical principles.
Familiarity with German AMNOG, IQWiG methods, or G-BA procedures is a plus.

Responsibilities

Contribute to German AMNOG dossiers, focusing on statistical analyses for Module 4.
Analyze clinical trial data for efficacy, safety, endpoints, and subgroups.
Perform meta-analyses and indirect treatment comparisons.
Automate and standardize analysis workflows for efficiency and reproducibility.
Collaborate with Market Access, HEOR, Medical Affairs, and EU-HTA teams.
Ensure scientific quality and clear interpretation of outputs.
Monitor methodological developments from IQWiG, G-BA, and HTA bodies.
