Job summary

Ampstek is seeking an experienced IT HR Payroll Business Analyst to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This urgent contract role focuses on bridging business processes and IT solutions to ensure reliable payroll operations and system delivery across Europe.

You will act as SME for Payroll, collaborate with IT and business stakeholders, document requirements, design test cases, support UAT, and help manage incidents. Fluent English and 8+ years in HR payroll are essential for success.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience with HR payroll applications.
Experience with ADP Payroll is a plus.
Knowledge of IT service management concepts (ITIL).
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
Ability to own end-to-end delivery independently.

Responsibilities

Perform business analyses to support IT solution decisions and create blueprints.
Support installation, management, and optimization of IT service processes.
Act as SME in Payroll domain, providing technical and process expertise.
Collaborate with IT to estimate effort for changes and releases.
Translate business processes into IT solution design and delivery; design test cases and support UAT.
Manage integration error handling from an IT perspective.
Support resolution of major incidents and critical situations.
