Ethos is seeking heads of community programs to help train our latest language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This remote role offers flexible hours and a starting date ASAP, with compensation at $70/hour and a commitment of 5–20 hours per week.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations, plus experience authoring grant narratives, donor reports, or logic models for funders and boards, and

Competenze

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant proposals, donor impact reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.
