We are seeking experienced program directors to help train our language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks, applying 4+ years of nonprofit program management experience to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across grant

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant proposals, donor reports, logic models, board briefs, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced program directors who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks. We're looking for program directors with 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.

Compensation

$70/hour

Commitment

Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
