Job summary

Ethos is seeking nonprofit program and philanthropy professionals to help train an AI model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated outputs across grant narratives, donor reports, program logic models, board briefing decks, and other core workflows.

This fully remote role offers 5-20 hours per week with ASAP start, at a compensation rate of $70/hour, designed for flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or related field.
• Experience authoring grant proposals narrations or donor reports for funders/boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Develop grant narratives, donor impact reports, program logic models, and board briefing materials.
• Ensure high-quality, clear written communication suitable for funders and boards.
