Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced directors of philanthropy to help train an AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. This fully remote role offers flexible 5-20 hours per week with an ASAP start date.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizations and direct experience drafting grant narratives, donor impact reports, or logic models for funders and boards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in nonprofit program management, philanthropy, or community-based organizational work.
• Direct experience authoring grant proposal narratives, donor impact reports, or program logic models for funders and boards.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Develop grant proposals narratives, donor impact reports, and program logic models for funders and boards.
• Produce board briefing decks, community needs assessments, and donor stewardship plans.
