CryptoProcessing by Coinspaid is a remote-first fintech provider seeking a Head of Accounting to lead the accounting function, ensure accurate financial records, and drive efficiency across multiple jurisdictions.

The role requires 7+ years in accounting with leadership experience, strong IFRS knowledge, ERP/automation experience, and English at an upper-intermediate level or higher. Remote work with international scope offers flexibility and growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• Experience with international companies and multiple legal entities.
• Understanding of tax regulations and audit procedures.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting process automation.
• English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations across multiple legal entities and jurisdictions.
• Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Prepare IFRS-based financial statements.
• Oversee tax accounting and regulatory compliance.
• Manage reconciliations, bank balances, and settlements.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulators.
• Develop accounting policies and internal controls.
• Drive automation of accounting processes.
• Lead the accounting team and monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Compliance, and Operations.
