Job summary

Coinspaid Solutions, a fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure, seeks an Accountant for its remote-first team. The role focuses on day-to-day accounting, regulatory compliance, and timely financial reporting in a dynamic crypto environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with experience in IFRS/GAAP concepts and automation tools. English communication is essential; Russian is a plus. Remote work with global flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of IFRS and GAAP (nice to have).
• Experience with accounting systems 1C and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Fluent Russian is a plus.
• Ability to work on B2B contract.

Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end closings with accruals, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Review invoices, payment requests, and expense reports.
• Reconcile bank accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, and merchant accounts.
• Perform intercompany reconciliations.
• Maintain documentation and compliance with accounting policies.
• Assist with implementing and optimizing accounting systems and automation tools.
• Support audits with requested documents and auditor inquiries.
• Collaborate with operations, legal, and product teams on financial processes.
