Job summary

Nodes & Links is seeking an experienced Product Owner of Innovation for a fully remote role. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating market opportunities into actionable requirements while collaborating with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch innovative products.

The ideal candidate has a track record of launching new products or features, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication abilities in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, focused on innovation and new product development.
• Proven experience launching successful new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative new products.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future development.
• Facilitate product launch activities, including go-to-market strategies and internal training.
