Job summary

Nodes & Links is seeking a highly motivated Product Owner of Innovation to join our fully remote team. You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for breakthrough products, aligning with market needs and business objectives.

You will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to bring ideas to life, launch new offerings, track KPIs, and drive growth from your home office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a strong focus on innovation and new product development.
• Proven experience launching successful new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Technical background or strong understanding of software development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative new products.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future development.
• Facilitate product launch activities, including go-to-market strategies and internal training.
