Wk is seeking an experienced Product Owner of Innovation to join a fully remote team. You will define the product vision and roadmap, translate market opportunities into detailed requirements, and prioritize backlogs to maximize value.

You’ll collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to launch innovative products from your home office. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in product management or ownership, a strong Agile background, and excellent communication and analytical

Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management or product ownership with a focus on innovation and new product development
• Proven experience launching successful new products or features
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis
• Technical background or strong understanding of software development is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative new products
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and ensure alignment
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future development
• Facilitate product launch activities, including go-to-market strategies and internal training
