Job summary

Nodes & Links seeks a Product Owner of Innovation to lead the definition and execution of groundbreaking products from a fully remote setup. You will shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, translating market opportunities into concrete requirements and user stories.

You will work with engineering, design, marketing and sales to launch innovative offerings, track KPIs, and drive business growth in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in product management/ownership with focus on innovation and new product development.
• Proven experience launching new products or features.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
• Technical background or strong understanding of software development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for innovative new products.
• Translate business needs and market opportunities into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and engaging user experiences.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities.
• Define and track key product metrics (KPIs) to measure success and inform future development.
• Facilitate product launch activities, including go-to-market strategies and internal training.
