Jobgether is seeking a Growth Content Lead based in Spain to orchestrate an end-to-end content growth engine for a fast-moving fintech product. You will set the content strategy, define the brand voice, and lead specialists across SEO, video, social, technical writing, and design.

You will personally write high-impact copy for landing pages, lifecycle emails, product messaging, and PR, while driving measurable outcomes like signups and CAC reductions.

Formación

• 5+ years of relevant experience in content marketing, growth content, product marketing, editorial strategy, or a closely related field.
• Proven experience building or scaling a product-led content operation in a fast-moving environment.
• Native or near-native English proficiency with exceptional written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to write high-converting copy across landing pages, emails, and brand messaging.
• Strong understanding of SEO, organic acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and content funnels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the overall content strategy and operating model across written content, SEO, video, social, and related channels.
• Manage and mentor channel specialists, setting objectives and KPIs and supporting professional development.
• Own the editorial calendar, content pipeline, workflows, and resource allocation across writing, design, video, and other content functions.
• Define and maintain a consistent tone of voice and editorial framework across articles, emails, and brand communications.
• Aggregate channel performance and drive content-led growth focusing on signups, conversions, and CAC.
• Develop lifecycle marketing initiatives, including email campaigns and onboarding sequences.
• Lead communications for major product launches and partner initiatives.
• Personally write and refine high-impact copy for landing pages, emails, and PR.
• Collaborate with SEO, video, social, and design specialists to coordinate growth efforts.
• Translate complex crypto/tax concepts into clear, persuasive content.
