Siemens Energy is seeking a technically strong Electrical Engineer to help develop and test controllers for hybrid power plants. You’ll work with a Grid Control and Simulation team, using MATLAB/Simulink to build models and testing tools, and collaborate via Microsoft Teams with colleagues worldwide.

In this role you’ll design test protocols, contribute to software architecture and documentation, and support integration of renewables and storage systems into the grid, helping Siemens Energy

Formación

• A background in Electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of power system control.
• Programming skills in MATLAB/Simulink or similar languages.
• Familiarity with basic office tools such as Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint (desirable).

Responsabilidades

• Develop testing tools to verify compliance with grid code specifications.
• Generate tools for creating controller models in different programming languages.
• Design test protocols to be implemented using Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) methodologies.
• Manage and improve software architecture and documentation for various tools and codebases.
