Assetara Limited is a remote/global company seeking a Recruiter to support sourcing, interviewing, and coordinating candidates with hiring managers.

You will develop knowledge of Assetara's products, values, and recruitment materials to accurately represent the company to applicants. This role emphasizes professional communication, privacy compliance, and efficient scheduling of first-stage video interviews via Zoom or Google Meet.

Formación

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Zoom/Google Meet and CRM tools.
• Working English for internal comms; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to learn company information quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Talent sourcing through networks, boards, referrals.
• Candidate communication and presenting opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews and scheduling.
• Maintain candidate records in CRM with privacy compliance.
• Complete onboarding and maintain product knowledge.
• Video interviews via Zoom or Google Meet with candidates.
