Dp World Group is seeking an experienced Global Sourcing Manager to lead international procurement efforts from a fully remote setup. You will develop strategies, onboard suppliers, and negotiate favorable terms while ensuring compliance and supply chain resilience.

You will collaborate with R&D, Operations, and Finance to align sourcing with business goals, monitor market trends, and drive cost savings across regions.

Formación

• Master's degree in a related discipline.
• 7+ years in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management with international focus.
• Proven success in developing and implementing global sourcing strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills for complex international deals.
• In-depth knowledge of global supply chain dynamics, logistics, and trade practices.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba) and advanced MS Office.
• Fluency in English; other languages desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote global team.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance across diverse product categories.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers globally, conducting due diligence and risk assessments.
• Lead complex international negotiations to secure pricing, contract terms, and SLAs.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key global suppliers.
• Monitor global market trends, geopolitical factors, and economic conditions impacting supply chains.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Finance) to align sourcing with product development and business goals.
• Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement across the base.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, ethical sourcing standards, and corporate policies.
• Develop and mentor junior members of the sourcing team.
