Job summary

Morgan Latif | B Corp™ is seeking a senior sourcing leader to elevate its global sourcing function. The role focuses on moving from transactional buying to strategic supplier partnerships that secure supply, enable innovation and drive growth across materials, ingredients, packaging and indirect spend.

You will build a high-performing international team and shape governance and category management. Based in Europe or the US with regular international travel, you will collaborate with R&D,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of international sourcing experience and global team leadership.
• Proven track record of building long-term supplier partnerships beyond price.
• Experience leading change and cross-functional collaboration.
• Food, ingredients or agricultural sourcing background preferred; adjacent industries acceptable.
• Master's degree and fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Purpose

Our client, an international PE-backed in Process Manufacturing, is looking for a senior sourcing leader to take its global sourcing function to the next level. The focus is on moving beyond transactional buying to long-term partnerships with suppliers that secure supply, support innovation and drive growth. This is a role for a builder and a partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the global sourcing strategy across raw materials, ingredients, packaging and indirect spend
• Build long-term strategic partnerships with key suppliers, balancing cost with supply security and shared value
• Partner closely with R&D, Operations and Commercial on innovation and growth
• Lead and develop an international team, shaping its structure, culture and capabilities
• Raise standards in category management, governance and compliance

Success Measures (12-18 months)

• A clear shift from price-led buying to strategic supplier partnerships
• Sourcing recognised as a strategic partner across the business
• A strong, well-structured team and a clear plan for indirect spend

Desired Profile

• 10+ years of international sourcing experience, including leading global teams
• A proven track record of building long-term supplier partnerships, not only price negotiations. This is the key differentiator.
• Experience leading change and cross-functional collaboration
• Food, ingredients or agricultural sourcing background preferred; adjacent industries considered
