Job summary

Doméstiko.Com is partnering with a leading international consultancy to recruit a General Services Purchasing Manager for a fully remote position. You will oversee indirect procurement across IT, HR, marketing, travel, and facilities, driving strategic sourcing and cost optimization.

Ideal candidates bring at least 6 years in services procurement, strong SLAs negotiation, and fluent Spanish and English, with excellent stakeholder management and remote collaboration skills across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, SCM or related field.
• Minimum 6 years indirect procurement experience focusing on services.
• Proven success in negotiating and managing complex service contracts and SLAs.
• Strong analytical skills with spend analysis and cost optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for general services.
• Manage end-to-end procurement for services: RFPs, negotiations, contracts.
• Identify and onboard qualified service providers aligned with standards.
• Negotiate favorable terms, pricing and SLAs with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and foster relationships for improvement.
• Analyze spending patterns for cost savings and efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal departments to meet service needs.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ethics, and regulations.
• Stay updated on market trends in indirect procurement.
