• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery performance across diverse product categories.
• Identify, assess, and onboard new suppliers globally, conducting thorough due diligence and risk assessments.
• Lead complex international negotiations to secure competitive pricing, favorable contract terms, and service level agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key global suppliers.
• Monitor global market trends, geopolitical factors, and economic conditions that may impact supply chains.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Finance) to align sourcing strategies with product development and business goals.
• Manage supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply base.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, ethical sourcing standards, and corporate policies.
• Develop and mentor junior members of the sourcing team (if applicable).

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in global sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, with a significant portion focused on international markets.
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing global sourcing strategies.
• Strong negotiation skills with a proven ability to manage complex international deals.
• In-depth knowledge of global supply chain dynamics, logistics, and international trade practices.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and cross-cultural collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Ariba) and advanced MS Office skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in other languages (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin, German) is highly desirable.
