Job summary

Syneos Health in Spain is seeking a Global Senior CTM for home-based management of international studies. You will oversee protocol development, budgets, vendor oversight, and timelines across multiple countries, working in a dynamic, client-focused environment.

The role requires extensive CTM and vendor-management experience in oncology trials, with emphasis on global coordination, regulatory compliance, and proactive risk management, while operating from a home-based setup in Spain.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as CTM managing multi-country/global trials.
• Proven vendor management experience.
• Global study management experience.
• Experience in oncology clinical trials and related regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review CSB, Protocol, amendments, and administrative changes.
• Oversee CDAs, budgets, site contracts, and vendor negotiations.
• Support feasibility, site selection, and Feasibility Questionnaires; assist with Letters of Intent/Green Light.
• Monitor site and vendor payments, and assist with budget reconciliation.
• Maintain CTMS updates and ensure timely study milestones.
