Job summary

Syneos Health is hiring a Global Senior CTM to oversee multi-country trials and vendor management, with home-based work in Spain. The role requires extensive CTM experience, global study oversight, and oncology trial exposure.

You will manage protocol development, budgets, site selection, and vendor oversight while coordinating with global teams to meet milestones and regulatory standards. Excellence in cross-functional leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent.
• 5 years or more of experience as CTM, managing multiple countries, for regional or global trials.
• Proven vendor management experience.
• Global study management experience.
• Experience in Oncology clinical trials.
• Strong experience reviewing and overseeing study plans and study-related documentation.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and align teams in an international environment.
• Demonstrates understanding of clinical trial management financial principles and budget management.

Responsibilities

• Manage global multi-country CTMs and vendor oversight.
• Develop and review CSB and Protocol amendments and all amendments/administrative changes.
• Oversee budgets, CDAs, contracts, site budgets, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate country/site feasibility, selection, and planning activities.
• Monitor study timelines and CTMS updates; ensure TMF health and alignment with plans.
• Lead trainings and meetings; prepare study-related training materials.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice/ICH guidelines and regulatory requirements.
