Job summary

The role requires extensive CTM experience across multiple countries, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to align cross-functional teams. Occasional travel is anticipated to support global study needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• 5+ years CTM experience managing multiple countries for regional or global trials.
• Proven vendor management experience.
• Global study management experience.
• Experience in Oncology clinical trials.
• Strong experience reviewing and overseeing study plans and study-related documentation.
• Demonstrates ability to lead and align teams in an international environment.
• Moderate travel may be required, approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Protocol development support for CSB and Protocol amendments.
• Budget management and invoicing oversight for site contracts.
• Country/site feasibility and selection with investigator input.
• Site/country contracts and budget negotiations and amendments.
• Financial oversight of site and vendor payments.
• Clinical study timelines planning and management.
• Training planning for study-related personnel and sites.
• Data management planning and TMF oversight.
• Vendor oversight and contract review for study vendors.
• Management of study master file and issue tracking.
