The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to thrive in a virtual environment. You will work with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to optimize operations and customer satisfaction in transportation and supply chain management.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination or related field.
• Proficiency with logistics software and TMS.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track shipments from origin to destination, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Manage carrier relationships, negotiate rates, and monitor performance metrics.
• Process shipping documentation, including bills of lading and customs forms if applicable.
• Communicate with internal departments and external partners to resolve logistical issues promptly.
• Utilize logistics software and systems to plan, organize, and optimize transportation routes and schedules.
