Job summary

Axmed is seeking a Global Health Advisory Engagement Manager to help expand access to medicines in LMICs. You will lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs, analyze markets and financing, and shape go-to-market strategies while engaging diverse partners and clients.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in global health or life sciences with project management excellence, strong communication, and a passion for improving healthcare equity.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Public Health, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field
• Master’s degree in a similar field will be preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in LMIC settings with consulting, global health or life sciences
• Exposure to vaccines, essential medicines, diagnostics, health financing is a plus
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with client-facing responsibilities
• Strong research, analysis and synthesis skills; able to translate complex info into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination and execution of complex, multi-stakeholder programs for global health clients
• Prepare high-quality deliverables, materials and reports with clarity and accuracy
• Monitor progress, flag risks early and propose practical solutions
• Conduct LMIC market analyses to assess opportunities and challenges
• Support portfolio and product strategy work to guide decision-making
• Develop value propositions and go-to-market strategies for LMIC contexts
• Prepare client-facing presentations and reports to facilitate execution
• Develop strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Represent the team professionally in external engagements
