Job summary

Amplity Health is seeking a Program Manager – Medical to lead and manage field-based Medical Science Liaison and related teams across client programs. You will recruit, onboard and equip teams with therapeutic and product knowledge to engage HCPs responsibly and compliantly while driving KPIs and client satisfaction.

In this field-based role, you will travel globally as needed, manage performance, deliver strategic field plans, and provide insights to shape client solutions.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent – scientific field highly desirable.
• Fluency in at least one other language is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large field-based teams (MSLs, PDLs, CTLs) to meet client KPIs.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and ensuring therapeutic/product knowledge across teams.
• Provide training and coaching of field teams; conduct regular appraisals.
• Ensure delivery of client requirements and expansion of assigned projects.
