Job summary

Amplity is seeking a Program Manager for International Medical Solutions, based in Europe. You will lead field-based teams (MSLs, PDLs, CTLs) to meet client KPIs, recruit and onboard staff, and ensure compliant medical conversations with healthcare professionals.

Reporting to the VP or Senior Director, you will drive client collaboration, deliver strategic insights, and oversee program execution across global locations while maintaining Amplity’s standards of excellence.

• Strong stakeholder management and client facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage field-based teams (MSLs, PDLs, CTLs) to deliver client KPIs.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop team with the right therapeutic and product knowledge.
• Manage client relationships and drive Quarterly Business Reviews with clients.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Account Director to address issues impacting revenue or client satisfaction.
• Provide input to shape business strategy and produce timely reports.
