Jobgether is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Analytics Features based in Spain, guiding a portfolio of analytics capabilities from strategy to delivery. You will own dashboards, charts, benchmarking and predictive LTV, working with engineering, data science, design, and GTM teams to turn data into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes autonomy, customer focus, and a strong bias toward shipping in a fully remote, international environment across time zones.

Formación

• 5+ years of product management experience delivering complex products from concept through launch.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on experience with data; proficient in SQL or comparable tools.
• Strong technical understanding; ability to prototype using code and AI-assisted tools.
• Experience working with engineering and data teams and communicating complex trade-offs.
• Understanding analytics products, dashboards, metrics, experimentation and translating data into insights.

Responsabilidades

• Own product strategy, vision, and roadmap for analytics portfolio.
• Lead development of analytics capabilities: charts, dashboards, benchmarking, LTV features.
• Collaborate with customers to identify needs and translate insights into opportunities.
• Develop and maintain benchmarks and metrics to improve monetization for app developers.
• Investigate data issues and edge cases, ensuring accurate metrics and signals.
• Work with cross-functional teams to define solutions and bring analytics to market.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans with realistic timelines.
• Drive discovery, experimentation, and delivery with a bias toward shipping.
