Affinity in Barcelona is seeking a GTM Analytics Engineer to design, implement, and govern scalable data infrastructure for finance, marketing, sales, and CS analytics. You will own data models, pipelines, quality, and AI-ready semantic layers to empower cross-functional insights.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Revenue Operations, analysts, and stakeholders, with a hub-hybrid model requiring in-office presence two days a week.

Formación

• Proficiency with data pipeline development, SQL, and cloud data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift), including ingesting Salesforce data via APIs or native connectors.
• Strong dbt experience — modeling, testing, and managing projects in a version-controlled, CI/CD workflow (Git/GitHub).
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development and analytics tools (Cursor, Claude/LLMs) and interest in AI-native data workflows.
• Familiarity with integrating data warehouses into AI/LLM tooling (e.g., MCP) — a strong plus.
• Experience designing and managing Business Data Models (BDM) for data warehouse environments, incorporating Salesforce objects (Accounts, Opportunities, Campaigns) for analytics and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce data management, including SOQL, schema understanding, and troubleshooting sync issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain GTM data pipelines for analytics.
• Design and govern GTM BDM data models.
• Implement data quality controls and monitoring across pipelines.
• Collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver curated datasets.
• Enable AI-ready data workflows and integration of AI tools into analytics processes.
• Maintain documentation and lineage for GTM data assets.
