Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with non-medical claims such as life or travel insurance is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming insurance claims and be the first point of contact for clients.
• Assess and process incoming claims based on policy conditions.
• Manage working-incapacity overviews for insured organisations.
• Answer general questions about policy conditions via email and phone.
