Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical roles with self-direction
• Exceptional communication abilities for technical and business audiences
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities under pressure
• Strong technical acumen to evaluate complex architectures and identify security issues
• Curiosity and drive for continuous learning and growth
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Native German and business-level English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in opportunities
• Deliver technical product presentations and demonstrations
• Articulate the technical message to customers when required
• Ask open discovery questions to uncover pain and drive requirements
• Run POVs with approved success criteria demonstrating value of the platform
• Collaborate with Product Management as liaison for key accounts
• Learn and test cybersecurity attack techniques on the CrowdStrike Falcon platform
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology
• Serve as primary contact for customer feedback and issues needing Support involvement
