YO IT Consulting is seeking a General Counsel for a remote contract role focused on creating and refining contract negotiation playbooks, drafting and annotating commercial agreements, and advising on best practices for contract management.

You will collaborate with the project team to ensure materials meet guidelines and AI-training needs, while delivering precise insights to mitigate risk and improve efficiency across diverse scenarios.

Formación

• Experience as General Counsel or in equivalent roles with a focus on contract negotiation playbooks.
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing and managing commercial contracts within corporate environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Create, review, and refine contract negotiation playbooks for diverse scenarios and company needs.
• Draft, analyze, and annotate commercial agreements with clarity and compliance.
• Provide expert commentary on best practices for contract management and negotiation strategies.
• Curate non-confidential materials to support project documentation objectives.
• Evaluate and optimize contract templates to improve efficiency and mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure materials meet guidelines and AI-training needs.
• Deliver high-quality written and verbal feedback to enhance system understanding.
