Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Legal Counsel - Corporate in Spain to guide governance, transactions, and international structuring in a remote-first setup.

You will lead corporate deals, draft and negotiate agreements, oversee due diligence and multi-entity governance, manage equity plans, and advise founders and executives on legal risk and growth. This role involves collaboration with finance and external counsel across global teams.

Formación

• Master's degree in Business Law or related field.
• Qualified to practice law in France (CAPA required).
• 4–6 years of post-graduation corporate law experience.
• Experience supporting corporate transactions and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Lead corporate transactions including fundraising, M&A, investments and strategic initiatives.
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage transaction documentation and investment agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence and ensure risk mitigation across transactions.
• Oversee governance and company secretarial matters for multiple entities.
• Manage employee equity plans and related legal documentation.
• Support international corporate structuring and new entity creation.
• Provide strategic corporate advice to founders and executives.
• Collaborate with finance, external counsel, and other functions.
• Contribute to legal operations and process improvements.

Educación
