Kyndryl is seeking a talented contract professional in Madrid to manage and negotiate IT agreements. This role focuses on customer agreements, requiring legal expertise in commercial contracts.

You will collaborate with various teams, leading complex projects while working in a flexible and supportive environment. Candidates should have a law degree and experience in contract negotiation within IT services.

This position allows for hybrid or remote working after onboarding and includes opportunities for continuous learning and growth.

Formación

• 1-3 years of experience in law firm or 5+ years in in-house contract management.

• Professional proficiency in English and preferably French.

The Role

Are you ready to take your legal and commercial expertise to the next level in a dynamic, global tech environment? Kyndryl’s Contracts & Negotiations (C&N) team is looking for a talented and driven contract professional to join us in shaping the future of IT agreements. As part of C&N, you’ll be at the heart of Kyndryl’s commercial engine, negotiating and managing customer agreements that range from multi-million dollar outsourcing deals to bespoke amendments and strategic advisory. You’ll collaborate across functions, lead complex projects, and help ensure the profitability and success of our accounts. Your initial focus will be on managing existing accounts and deals within such accounts, with the intended trajectory of growing into more complex deal-making as you develop. Onsite presence in Madrid will be expected initially, with the possibility of transitioning to a hybrid or remote setup once you’re fully onboarded. Occasional travel may be required.

Who You Are

Qualifications:

• A law degree and 1-3 years of experience in a law firm, preferably with commercial IT agreements OR 5+ years of experience of inhouse contract management/negotiations within the IT services sector
• Professional working proficiency in English and preferably in French
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Ability to destill complex legal concepts into clear, concise writing
• Experience negotiating with sophisticated legal counterparts is a plus
