Jobgether, on behalf of a partner in Spain, is seeking a Game Producer to oversee end-to-end development of platform games for mobile and web. You will coordinate internal and external teams, manage schedules, and partner with distribution channels.

The role emphasizes Agile leadership, live operations, and data-driven decisions across a lean, international team with ownership and measurable results.

Qualifications

• Three+ years in game production or associate producer roles.
• Experience shipping titles with internal or external teams.
• Familiarity with Unity and HTML5 pipelines and platform technologies.
• Strong Agile and Scrum practices, sprint planning and delivery.
• Excellent project management, organization, and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating platform partner launches and certifications.
• Ability to use dashboards and performance data to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of multiple game titles, from planning to live ops.
• Develop game strategies and pitch new titles for the portfolio.
• Coordinate internal and external teams to maintain alignment and deadlines.
• Lead Agile and Scrum processes, sprint planning, roadmaps across titles.
• Maintain production trackers, milestones, and dependencies.
• Manage relationships with platform partners and launch certifications.
• Coordinate studios, vendors, and licensing teams for rights and approvals.
• Monitor KPIs and produce weekly performance reports.
• Identify risks and mitigation plans for on-time releases.
• Explore new distribution channels to expand the portfolio.
• Prioritize improvements using performance data and stakeholder feedback.
