Job summary

Scopely is seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Manager to join our Playgami team on-site in Barcelona. The role involves collaborating with multiple development teams to build features and platform integrations, coordinating across studios and production teams to deliver top-of-market features for millions of players.

You will lead through influence, define roadmaps with Product & Engineering, and own planning, timelines, and risk management across several teams.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of experience as a project manager or producer.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple major and concurrent projects.
• A master of communication at all levels within a team or organization.
• You are a strong influencer, able to work with diverse groups and push for alignment towards common goals.
• Be adaptable to foster ways of working that support different team profiles.
• Not scared to get in amongst the weeds on a project, but able to retain the detachment needed to make the right calls.
• Excellent and effective written and verbal English communication skills.
• Full on-site presence in the Barcelona office (5 days per week).

Responsibilities

• Lead, inform, motivate and align project teams to deliver on individual & shared goals.
• Partner closely with Product & Engineering to define a roadmap and prioritization criteria.
• Own project planning and execution, building and maintaining timelines, managing dependencies, and driving predictable delivery across multiple teams and initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with game studios and production teams, understanding their business goals, release processes, and operational needs.
• Coordinate across game teams, stakeholders, and partner organizations to align expectations, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide visibility on project tracking and team health, taking into account high level strategies and reporting on day-to-day progress regularly.
• Establish and continuously improve production processes, agile practices, and team operating models that enable high-quality delivery, predictability, and a positive team culture.
