Responsabilités

• Conducts initial outreach to candidates and informs them of opportunities.
• Reviews and screens resumes to identify candidates meeting qualifications and culture.
• Conducts thorough initial screening calls to assess qualifications, motivations, and fit.
• Reaches out to passive and active candidates via phone, email, LinkedIn and direct interaction for opportunities.
