Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a freelance Campaign Manager, Influencer Marketing based in Spain to oversee high-volume influencer campaigns for international brands across Europe. You will manage creator discovery, casting, negotiations, content approvals, and performance reporting, collaborating with clients and internal teams to optimize results.

You will use advanced influencer marketing technology and AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, ensure on-time delivery, and maximize ROI.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or campaign management.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language is preferred.
• Based in Europe or the UK with availability to work European business hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple influencer marketing campaigns concurrently across European markets, from brief to final reporting.
• Identify, research, and cast relevant creators to meet brand objectives and audience fit.
• Maintain day-to-day creator communications, negotiations, contracts, and briefings.
• Develop creator pricing strategies and negotiate fees within budgets.
• Serve as the main client contact for local markets, providing campaign updates and alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time delivery and budget adherence.
• Lead creator briefings, content reviews, and ensure compliance with advertising guidelines.
• Track CPV, reach, engagement, and other KPIs; provide data-driven optimization recommendations.
• Leverage influencer marketing platforms and AI tools to streamline processes and reporting.
