Job summary

Kyra, a leading creator marketing platform, seeks a Campaign Manager to own and execute large-scale influencer campaigns across European markets. You will collaborate with creators, brands, and internal teams to deliver campaigns that meet briefs, budgets, and timelines.

The role requires fluency in English plus at least one other European language, and the ability to work remotely across Europe or the UK. You will manage pricing, negotiations and analytics to drive performance and scale creator

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and at least one additional European language.
• 3–5 years of experience in influencer or creator marketing.
• Experience running high-volume creator campaigns for consumer brands.
• Strong knowledge of CPV and creator performance metrics.
• Proficient with Excel and data analysis to drive decisions.
• Experience working with clients and managing budgets and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple creator campaigns from brief to launch, delivery and reporting.
• Keep timelines, budgets, content approvals and deliverables on track.
• Collaborate with creators, clients and internal teams to maximize results.
• Negotiate fees, build creator pricing around CPV targets and manage budgets.
• Oversee approvals, usage rights and compliance and use data to optimize future campaigns.
