Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Technical Project Manager to drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives within Global Data Centre Systems Engineering. You will connect infrastructure teams with partner functions, leading discovery, defining requirements, coordinating delivery, and communicating progress for initiatives with senior leadership visibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical program management, project management, PMO operations, business analysis, or program coordination within infrastructure, hardware-intensive, or similarly complex environments.
• Experience delivering projects using waterfall, hybrid, and agile methodologies.
• Strong requirements gathering, workshop facilitation, documentation, process mapping, and gap analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic cross-functional initiatives across analytics, metrics, data integrations, operational tooling, and systems engineering initiatives.
• Plan and govern scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, resourcing, stakeholder communications, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead discovery sessions to understand business needs, pain points, and technical requirements; assess current-state workflows and future-state options.
• Translate needs into clear business and system requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
• Create and maintain process maps, workflow diagrams, swim lanes, and system diagrams; facilitate alignment walkthroughs.
• Promote harmonised standards and documentation while considering site-specific requirements.
• Guide initiatives from discovery through adoption and handoff; manage full lifecycle.
• Develop technical and executive-ready reporting to show progress, risks, outcomes, and business value.
• Apply appropriate SDLC methodologies to maintain operational rigor.
