Job summary

Nscale is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Hall Design to lead the data hall design function across AMER programs. You will build and guide Leads and Designers, define standards, and ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of drawings, BOMs, and DCIM records that feed construction, procurement, and operations.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in data center design with strong leadership and hands-on experience with GPU-rich, high-density environments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data center design or IT infrastructure planning, with leadership experience.
• Proven delivery of multiple data halls from concept to handoff.
• Deep understanding of data hall layouts, cooling, power, cabling, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Hall Design team across AMER programs.
• Define design standards, templates, and review processes.
• Review and approve layouts, cabling plans, BOMs, and DCIM records.
