PVcase is seeking a People Business Partner for Engineering, Product & Operations to align people strategy with an ambitious product roadmap. You will partner with the CTO, VPs, and People Leaders to ensure talent, structure, and leadership support a sustainable future powered by solar technology.

You will guide leaders, manage global workforce planning, drive performance calibration, analyze people metrics, handle complexER issues, and champion remote-first workflows with Deel.

Formación

• Proven experience as an HRBP supporting Engineering and Product teams.
• Experience managing remote/global teams and knowledge of international labor standards (Deel experience a plus).
• Experience coaching leaders on performance management, team dynamics, and effective leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert HR guidance to Leaders, translating complex business requirements into effective people solutions.
• Lead workforce planning and restructuring initiatives to optimize global org design for delivery.
• Drive end-to-end talent lifecycle from performance management to identifying future leaders.
• Analyze people metrics to provide actionable insights for executive decisions.
• Support managers with complex casework and employee relations across jurisdictions.
• Lead the people side of organizational change to keep teams engaged during pivots or growth.
• Act as the voice of the employee by analyzing CultureAmp data and building action plans.
• Coordinate with People Ops and legal to ensure seamless employee lifecycle and high-touch processes via Deel.
• Refine remote-first workflows for onboarding, contract changes, and exits.
• Promote company values in daily work.
