Job summary

Coinspaid Solutions is a fintech company building blockchain payment infrastructure with a remote-first team of 350+ professionals. We are hiring a Business Analyst who will gather requirements, analyze systems, design APIs, and create functional specs to support scalable payment solutions.

Fluency in English and Russian is valued, with flexible remote work and ongoing professional development. You will collaborate across teams to outline detailed requirements, validate approaches, and help

Qualifications

3+ years of BA/SA experience in fintech or tech environments.
Strong communication and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Good understanding of SDLC and PDLC.
Experience with process modelling notations (BPMN, UML, C4).
Knowledge of data modeling and integration patterns; English and Russian fluency.

Responsibilities

Gather, validate and document business requirements.
Analyze current systems and identify areas for improvement.
Identify issues, risks and benefits of proposed solutions.
Create functional specifications and internal documentation.
Design APIs and interaction scenarios.
Outline detailed requirements for solutions and ensure they meet business needs.
Improve and validate methods for generating product and project docs.
Define tasks to developers and testers.
