Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a FinOps Lead based in Spain to connect cloud infrastructure costs with product economics and business growth. You will partner with Finance, Engineering, Product, Data, and HR to optimize spend, translate usage into financial insights, and support smarter investment decisions.

You will develop cost allocation strategies, governance, dashboards, and forecasting to drive profitability and scalable cloud architectures in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience optimizing cloud spend across AWS/Azure/GCP or similar platforms.
• Strong FinOps knowledge: cost allocation, tagging, governance, and unit economics.
• Proficiency in SQL and financial modeling for cloud economics.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud cost allocation strategies and dashboards across teams, products and features.
• Identify optimization opportunities via rightsizing, commitment management and waste reduction.
• Connect cloud spend to revenue, gross margin, and unit economics with Finance/Data teams.
• Own rolling cloud cost forecasts considering growth, usage trends and architecture changes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to assess financial impact of new products/features.
• Model infrastructure economics and scalability for different growth scenarios.
• Support budgeting and scenarios; provide cost models for hires and initiatives.
