Jobgether SRL is seeking a Finance Data Analyst based in Spain to transform complex financial data into reliable insights that support strategic decisions. You will bridge Finance and technical teams to ensure data is consistent, accessible, and actionable across multiple systems.

You will define data requirements, improve reporting, and automate recurring analyses, contributing to forecasting accuracy and SaaS performance insights.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, BI, FP&A analytics, or related role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across multiple systems.
• Proficient in SQL and at least one BI/data visualization tool.
• Ability to translate business questions into data requirements and metrics.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts (budgeting, forecasting, closing, variance analysis).
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for auditing and structuring models.

Aufgaben

• Map and document financial data sources, ownership, definitions, and data flows.
• Identify data gaps and reconciliation issues across accounting, CRM, HR, payroll, and other systems.
• Define data requirements for monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Transform and model data from warehouses and business systems for reusable datasets.
• Produce recurring analyses and dashboards to support leadership decisions.
• Automate recurring reporting and workflows to improve efficiency.
• Maintain data lineage documentation and data quality checks.
