Zusammenfassung

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Spain, in your assigned area, performing installations, maintenance, and pre/post service activities on our marking and imaging equipment. You will deliver technical training and generate accurate service reports to ensure high uptime.

You will collaborate with Sales to grow solutions, travel as needed within the region and occasionally internationally for training and meetings.

Qualifikationen

• Experience as Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer.
• Technical qualification or degree in Electrical, Electronics, Networking, or Mechanics.
• Strong interest in emerging tech and proactive continuous learning.
• Experience with software; understanding of software logic is advantageous.
• Knowledge of Vision Cameras is a plus.
• Ability to assess situations and advise on solutions.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluency in Spanish and upper-intermediate English.

Aufgaben

• Perform pre-installations, installations, and maintenance activities for our equipment.
• Deliver technical training both internally and externally as required.
• Complete service reports accurately with required data.
• Promote MI service solutions to maximize uptime and sales growth.
• Collaborate with Sales to build relationships and support revenue targets.
• Travel to customer sites within assigned area; occasional national or international travel for training and meetings.
