Cepheid, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Field Application Engineer to deliver post-sale support, install and optimize GeneXpert systems in clinical labs across the North of Spain. The role requires remote work with extensive field travel.

You will train customers, perform system configurations, and ensure uptime while coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the deployment cycle.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and Biology; Bachelor’s in Diagnostics is an advantage
• 2–3 years’ experience in health care/biomedical/handling Medical Devices or with laboratory customers in the region
• Fluent in the local language with strong English; Portuguese is a plus

Aufgaben

• Install instruments, configure software/connectivity and provide ongoing post-sale support
• Monitor sites, deliver training on system operation, software and reagents
• Carry out repairs, preventive maintenance, deinstallations, relocations and spare parts management
