Capitole seeks an EV Fleet Electrification Engineer to drive charging strategy for a service-vehicle fleet. The role is 100% remote from Spain, with initial focus on UK/Ireland markets. You will assess options, manage stakeholders and support implementation across home, workplace and public charging.

Requirements include solid EV charging experience, English fluency, and strong analytical and project-management skills. Availability from October 2026 is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assess charging infrastructure options for an electric service vehicle fleet.
• Develop charging strategies covering home, workplace, depot and public charging.
• Analyse charging technologies, power requirements and operational considerations.
• Conduct regional feasibility assessments across the UK and Ireland.
• Evaluate charging providers, hardware suppliers and installation partners.
• Support supplier selection and contribute to contract negotiations.
• Assist with charging infrastructure installation planning and implementation.
• Identify technical, operational and commercial risks.
• Prepare recommendations, reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
• Support the pilot phase and contribute to future expansion into additional countries.
