Job summary

Infotree Global Solutions is seeking an Event & Demo Operations Specialist based in Spain (preferably near Barcelona) for a long-term B2B contract. You will drive the company’s presence at major trade shows, manage demo hardware, and oversee warehouse inventory with hands-on setup and on-site execution across the EU.

The role requires 1–3 years in event production or related fields, fluent English, and the ability to travel ~30% for EU events.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in writing and speaking.
• 1–3 years in event production, field marketing, AV/tech support, or logistics.
• Comfortable with hands‑on mechanical tasks and basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute client-facing events and receptions (e.g., ~80 guests).
• Oversee demo equipment requests, coordinate shipments, secure spaces at global events.
• Prepare, test, and package demo gear; audit inventory at the Barcelona warehouse.
• Lead on-site hardware setup, troubleshooting, and teardown across the EU.
• Host weekly cross-functional syncs to align teams and manage registrations.
